There is nothing greater than the freedom of pure honesty.
Even in weaker moments of self gratifying self-deception, there is an awareness of hindrance. As all life’s pursuits are a vehicle towards truth, its hindrances manifest within ourselves and emerge as obstacles on an endless midnight road. We see them in the immediate distance for that is all that appears beyond the way.
When the day breaks, the journey ceases and the road no longer matters. Our pursuit of it disappears, for we are at home in the light.
